Our Woven by Water Fabrics originate in the town of Styal in Cheshire, England at Quarry Bank Mill.
Founded in 1784 by a young textile merchant Samuel Greg, Quarry Bank was one of the first generation of
water powered cotton spinning mills and is still a working Cotton Mill today.
It is the only water-powered Mill left in the world.
