Hi Candiss, I received my beautiful and beautifully altered birthday vest in the mail JUST in time for the big day. You did a fabulous job on the alterations (of course) and I will enjoy wearing it for many years to come.

Was quite a surprise seeing you at the Park City Art Show. Could you believe of all the pieces I brought with me on that trip...was one of yours? I just had to share again how fabulous your creations are. I've been fortunate to have several different pieces made by you. What is so wonderful about them is that they are classic in design. They transcend time...those that I have had for quite some time get as many positive comments as the more recent ones. I feel different - special - when I'm wearing them. It's like you've woven something magic in them. I'm eager to see your new line - and add a new creation to my wardrobe later this year. I received the dress yesterday that I purchased in Portsmouth, VA and I just love it. It fits perfectly and I can't wait to wear it at Bill's Dartmouth reunion! I hope I get to dance because it looks so pretty when you twirl. Guess I was doing the "little girl" thing in it!

Last week I was one of the plenary speakers at a national conference of transportation women. I wore your gorgeous green jacket. A woman in the audience said that she couldn't see the details of the jacket clearly, however I looked like I was wearing a magnificent painting and that it flowed when I spoke.

Hi. I purchased a dress and jacket on Memorial Day at a craft fair. I even modeled it - and brought in some customers for you.

I wore the outfit last Saturday evening, when 6 of us went out for dinner. My very sophisticated and upscale friends immediately commented that this was the most beautiful dress I had ever worn and how fabulous I looked in it. Wow...did that make me feel happy I bought it. What I love about your jackets is that I can wear them in spring, fall, and winter (which we do get a lot of). In winter they slide neatly under an overcoat and are comfortable to wear all day in over-heated rooms. Even in summer, they provide comfortable protection from over-chilled air conditioned rooms. The magic of silk. Your slogan should be, "Never leave home without Candiss Cole." (Maybe I should get a second career writing advertising copy, but it's true.)

I have purchased a number jackets from you and one for my daughter. You once told me that one of your clients told her husband, "In case of fire grab the Candiss Coles." I know exactly how she feels. I'd like to share my story.

I was returning to the office after a lengthy medical absence. Because I was still not completely recovered and my appearance shows the results of a lengthy ordeal, how I look and feel about myself was especially important. However, the answer to the question of what to wear my first days back to work was easy.

I always feel special and comfortable in my Candiss Cole wearable art, so that is what I chose. In fact, even today I have on one of your jackets and have received a number of compliments.
